Coventry City supporter David Shortland, through his Shortland Horne residential sales and lettings company are sponsoring the play "We Love You City" which is back at The Belgade Theatre starting tonight.
Celebrating the 25th anniversary of when Coventry City FC famously won the FA Cup, We Love You City takes us back to that fateful day in 1987 and tells some of the funny, edgy, moving, and sometimes farcical stories that were playing out in Coventry during those nail-biting 90 minutes.
City Associate Director and long standing City supporter: David Shortland, Chairman of Shortland Horne said, “I am delighted that Shortland Horne is sponsoring this fantastic production, anyone who saw it last time will know what a great show it is. We have had an association with the Belgrade for many years, supporting its redevelopment and as Directors’ Club members, but this is the first time that we’ve sponsored a production and look forward to benefiting from the association with it.”
