Coventry City are not saying anything about the second Judicial Review which Coventry City Council have confirmed is going ahead with Sisu trying to claim that the Council should not have sold its shares in Arena Coventry Limited to Wasps.
City, who are involved as Sky Blue Sports & Leisure and the Otium Entertainment Group, who run the club have been named as plaintiffs, said in a press statement:
"Coventry City FC does not pay any attention to, or concern itself with, off-pitch legal matters.
The football club is solely concentrated on matters on the pitch, and securing enough points to maintain our League One status beyond the current season."
