Coventry City are saying that there are no concerns about the pitch ahead of Saturday's game with Lincoln City.

The Sky Blues, who are expected over 3,600 Lincoln City fans and are playing host to the Coventry City Former Players Association Legends Day, tweeted, in a reply to a question asked by a supporter about the game being postponed, around 6pm this evening that there was no concerns about the pitch.

Temperatures in Coventry have been around -4 and there has been a blizzard for much of the afternoon.

Snow showers are forecast for Saturday with temperatures expected to be around -1. The Met Office has said: "Icy patches are likely on untreated surfaces during Saturday morning. As a result, diving conditions may become difficult and there is an increased chance of injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces. In addition, further outbreaks of sleet or snow or snow showers could occur in places away from south" and we advise everyone going to the game to allow plenty of time to travel and to take great care whilst travelling.

Elsewhere in League Two, there are inspections planned at every other game apart from Newport County's fixture which has already been called off.
