Coventry City players are backing manager Chris Coleman.

There have been media reports today that the City manager has until January to save his job but the City players who all attended the Children & Baby Wards at Walsgrave Hospital yesterday to spread some Christmas cheer are backing the manager.

Speaking to the CT, Keiren Westwood said: “We are all behind the gaffer,” he said. “He does a great job and any talk of him being sacked is way out of the question.

“He has got a plan in place with the chairman and he knows what the score is.

"They work well together and they have got the best interests of the club at heart and we have just got to try to deliver on the pitch now.”
