A Coventry City Old Boys team won 8-1 at Bedworth United this afternoon in a game to open Bedworth's new 3G pitch.
City were 2-0 up in thirteen minutes before John Williams added a third in the 19th minute.
Claus Jorgensen added a fourth as the Sky Blues took a four goal lead at half-time.
John Williams scored again and Bedworth pulled one back before Dave Bennett made it six.
Former City and Sphinx forward Iyseden Christie hit a seventh and Barry Quinn wrapped up the game with an eighth.
