City Old Boys Out In Force For Charity Game

Former Coventry City players will be out in force on Sunday (2pm kick off) for the charity match at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

Bobby Gould, Marcus Hall, Dietmar Bruck, Terry Fleming, Ian Goodwin, Claus Bech Jørgensen, Peter Hormantschuk, Darren Huckerby, Noel Whelan, Paul Hall, Dave Bennett, Steve Froggatt and Terry Gibson have all stated their intention to attend along with Celebrities Andy Hopkins and Liam Watts from Coventry band The Enemy and Coventry set Love And Marriage star Graeme Hawley. 

Tickets are on sale today at the Ricoh Arena, priced at £5 for adults and £3 for children and concessions. They are available from the Ricoh Arena ticket office on Thursday (2pm to 7pm), Friday (1pm to 7pm), Saturday (9am to 6pm) and Sunday (10am to 12.30pm).

Those planning to attend are urged to buy tickets in advance and to be aware that organisers can only accept cash payments.

Coventry City Former Players Association (CCFPA) have organised the match to celebrate the 130th birthday of Coventry City on August 13th and to raise money for Acorns Children’s Hospice and Cancer Research UK as well as 10 local charities.
