Former Coventry City midfielder Paul Cook is interested in talking to Wigan Athletic about becoming their new manager.
Cook has led Portsmouth to the League Two title and has managed at Chesterfield and Accrington.
Cook, who has played for Wigan is according to the BBC, is on a short list but there has been official approach for him.
