City Old Boy In Temporary Charge At QPR

Former Coventry City midfielder John Eustace has been appointed as interim manager of Queens Park Rangers.

The West London based club sacked Steve McLaren after eleven months in charge with a record of sixteen wins in 46 matches.

Eustace came through City's youth team and made 85 first team appearances, scoring seven goals.

After leaving City, he joined Stoke City and went on to make to make over 300 appearances for Stoke, Watford and Derby County.

The Solihull born player had been manager of Kidderminster Harriers but left to become Steve McLaren's assistant at Queens Park Rangers last May.
