City Old Boy In Iceland Outing

Former Coventry City midfielder Aron Gunnarsson, played for Iceland tonight in a 3-2 friendly defeat against Sweden.

In Stockholm tonight,Gunnarsson played in the game which saw Ibrahimovic volley home after only two minutes and twelve minutes later, Ibrahimovic got past his marker to send a low drive across the goal for Ola Toivonen to score from a yard out.

In the 26th minute, Iceland pulled one back when Sigthorsson headed in but in the 77th minute, Wilhelmsson scored a third for Sweden to restore their two goal lead. 

The game reached stoppage time and Iceland reduced the arrears yet again when Jonasson scored following a corner.
