Former Coventry City defender Ady Williams is involved in five year action plan by the Football Association to tackle homophobia in football.

As part of the launch of Opening Doors and Joining In, which took place at Wembley this week, the FA released a new film discussing homophobia in football featuring Brendon Batson of the PFA, former England international John Scales, and Ady Williams who is now involved with Reading FC's Community department.
