City Now Ten Points Adrift Of Safety

Coventry City are ten points adrift of safety in the League One table after losing 3-2 at Oldham Athletic.

Whilst John Sheridan's side moved out of the bottom four with 31 points from 31 games, the Sky Blues who have played 30 games, are marooned at the bottom of the table, five points behind Chesterfield who lost 3-1 at Northampton Town.

Swindon are third bottom after losing 1-0 at Bury who are fourth bottom with 30 points.

Sheffield United are five points clear at the top of the table after a 1-0 win at Peterborough.

Scunthorpe stay second despite losing 1-0 at home to Shrewsbury Town with Bolton, who beat Walsall 4-1 third, Fleetwood who drew 0-0 with Rochdale in fourth, Bradford City, in fifth after a 1-1 draw against Bristol Rovers and Millwall up to sixth thanks to a 1-0 win over Southend.

Elsewhere, Gillingham drew 1-1 with Port Vale and Oxford beat MK Dons 1-0.
