According to Sky Sports, Coventry City manager Andy Thorn is keen on taking Nottingham Forest forward David McGoldrick on loan.
The 24 year old is currently struggling to get a place in Forest's first team but has made 64 appearances for Southampton and 63 for Forest whom he joined for £1m in 2009 as well as having loan spells at Notts County, Bournemouth, Port Vale and Sheffield Wednesday.
