According to reports, Coventry City are one of a number of clubs interested in signing JonJo Shelvey on loan from Liverpool.
The former Charlton Athletic youngster, has had made four first team appearances for Liverpool. has already been watched by City scouts last season.
Birmingham City, Cardiff City, Hull City and Middlesbrough are also reported as being interested in the player described by one newspaper last season as 'British football's most wanted teenager'.
He joined Liverpool from Charlton for a fee of £1.7m plus add ons.
