City Ladies Looking For Coaches And Volunteers

Coventry City Ladies are looking to recruit coaches and various volunteers in a number of roles for the 2012-13 season.

City, who play in the Women's Premier League National Division, are looking for a First Team Coach and a Reserve Team Manager/Coach. Coventry train twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and play on Sunday afternoons, the appointed applicant would be expected to attend and deliver training sessions on both nights, and accompany the team to matches on Sundays.

First Team Coach and Reserve Team Manager/Coach (x2)

 The appointed applicant:

 • Will hold, or be working towards, the Level 3 football coaching qualification
 • Will enjoy working as part of a team of coaches
 • Will be ambitious and innovative
 • Is willing to take responsibility for their own, the team’s and player’s development
 • Will preferably have had experience within women’s football, but this is not a requirement

 Whilst the role is unpaid, Coventry City Ladies FC are committed to developing their coaches, and will finance their education and cover expenses on a periodical basis to be agreed.

 Applicants are invited to submit their CV and a covering letter/e-mail outlining their qualifications, experience and ambitions for the future to tomstack@bcfds.com by 5pm on 18th May 2012 with interviews expected to take place during the week commencing 11th June 2012.

 The club are also looking to recruit volunteers for a number of roles for the 2012-13 season, with appointed applicants expected to be available to attend all games as discussed and agreed on appointment.

The roles are First Team video recorder, match day PA, turnstile operatives and Reserve Team matchday manager

 He or she:

 • Will enjoy working as part of a team
 • Will be communicative, flexible and responsive
 • Will be able to manage themselves
 • Will preferably have had experience within women’s football, but this is not a requirement

 Whilst the role is unpaid, Coventry City Ladies FC are committed to developing their staff, and will cover expenses on a periodical basis to be agreed, plus will provide excellent contacts for individuals to further their careers.
