Coventry City keepers Danny Ireland and Michael Quirke are interesting Nuneaton Town.

Nuneaton are looking for a replacement keeper after Danny Alcock was sent off in the win at Harrogate on Saturday and are being reported as being interested in taking one of the two City keepers.

Quirke (pictured below), the Covsupport News Service U18's Player Of The Year for last season, played against Watford this season for City's first team and has played for Nuneaton last season, whilst Danny Ireland is currently Keiren Westwood's understudy.

Speaking to the CT's Derek Brown, Nuneaton manager Kevin Wilkin said: "Hopefully, we shall get the wheels rolling this week on that issue."
