City Just Two Points Above Drop Zone

Coventry City remain in 18 place, just 2 points above the relegation zone in League One after today's Good Friday games.

Of the six sides below Coventry City, Crewe drew 0-0 at home to Crawley, Crewe are now on the same number of points as City, 46, but with a far inferior goal difference. Crawley are on 44 points and sit in 22nd place.

Notts County are also on 44 points and sit in 21st place following their 0-0 draw with Walsall, who are on 47 points are in16th place.

Yeovil lost 2-3 at home to Chesterfield, Yeovil remain firmly in last place on 33 points. The Spireite are in 6th spot on 60 points.

Colchester beat Port Vale 2-1, but remain in the bottom two on 41 points. Port Vale stay on 48 points in 15th.

Leighton Orient, who beat City earlier in the week are in 21st place on 44 points.

Gillingham lost at home, 0-1 to Fleetwood, Oldham played out a 1-1 draw with leaders Bristol City, Preston won 1-0 at home to Rochdale while Scunthorpe beat Peterborough 2-0.

Preston's win consolidates their second place spot, Bristol City sit on top of the table with 85 points.

Doncaster were beaten 3-0 at home by Bradford City in the evening game. 

Also today, Former City loanee Freddie Sears scored for Ipswich Town against AFC Bournemouth and Nathan Cameron scored for Bury at Cambridge.
