SKY BLUES DONATE TRAINING KIT
Coventry City have donated a full set of training kit to Coventry City Ladies. Said CCLFC Vice Chairman Martin Igoe: "I'm delighted by this gift of eighteen kits plus two goalkeeping kits and would like to thank Coventry City for this very useful donation."
Meanwhile the Ladies expect to complete the final phase of full promotion to WPL Northern Division on Thursday July 15th following their Midland Combination Championship win last season.
As part of the league membership, all clubs must have their grounds inspected and First Team Secretary Kev Monks is hopeful that the Ladies Sphinx Drive home will pass the test with flying colours.
He said "Martin Igoe and myself have spent hours filling in forms, arranging payments and ensuring that everything is in order. "Hopefully, the FA representative Malcolm Hutchby will be pleased with what the ground offers and finds it a suitable venue."
