Coventry City are hoping to have Conor Thomas back to face Crawley Town at Sixfields on Sunday.

The midfielder needed to go to hospital after being knocked unconscious during City's 3-1 win at Rotherham United on New Year's Day.

However, he is back training and City manager Steven Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “Conor trained this week, although not the full session when we had games, but we hope he’ll be fine to do so by Friday and Saturday, and OK to play at the weekend.
