According to a tweet from Seattle Sounders FC, Coventry City have Andy Rose on trial.
The midfielder was born in Melbourne, Australian but lived in Bristol after coming through Bristol City's academy.
In 2011, Rose was drafted from Real Salt Lake to Seattle Sounders where he been ever since making over sixty appearances.
Seattle Sounders have tweeted from their official account: "Lagerwey (Seattle coach) confirms that Andy Rose has been offered a contract for 2016, but is currently on trial with Coventry City of League One."
