City Fans Forced To Miss Game Through Postal Incompetence

Two Coventry City supporters based in Nottingham have been forced to miss the Sky Blues home game with Luton Town due to postal incompetence.

The tickets for Block 22 were posted to them by Royal Mail recorded delivery on Thursday October 20 at 12.20pm at Hertford Street Post Office in Coventry city centre, but failed to arrive.

Coming in a week where the Coventry Evening Telegraph have highlighted postal problems in Coventry with mail sacks being dumped, this latest failing is yet more proof that the Royal Mail still has many problems to sort out and leaves many customers unsure as to whether their parcels and packages posted in Coventry will arrive.

Covsupport advise all City supporters that wherever possible they should avoid posting match tickets and to arrange collection in person.
