City Eleven Points Off Safety

Coventry City are eleven points away from safety after losing 3-1 at home to 22nd placed Swindon Town.

The Sky Blues are on 25 points, three behind Chesterfield who lost 4-0 at home to Oxford United with Port Vale who lost 2-1 at home to fifth placed Bradford City.

Oldham Athletic are fifth bottom with 36 points after a 0-0 draw with Millwall who stay seventh with Bury moving out of the bottom four with a 1-0 win at Charlton Athletic.

Sheffield United still top the table after sending Bolton down to fourth with a 2-0 win with Scunthorpe second on goal difference after a 1-1 draw at Bristol Rovers.

A 3-0 win over Northampton saw Fleetwood go third and in in sixth place are Southend United despite losing 2-1 at Gillingham.

Elsewhere, AFC Wimbledon beat Walsall 1-0, MK Dons beat Shrewsbury 2-1 and Peterborough beat Rochdale 3-0
