City Drop To 23rd In League One Table

Coventry City have dropped to 23rd in the League One table after today's round of matches.

City after losing to Sheffield United on Thursday night, have 19 points from 22 games and are a point ahead of bottom side Oldham Athletic who lost 2-0 at home to Southend.

Bury are down to 22nd after losing 3-2 at home to Oxford United with Shrewsbury who beat Bristol Rovers 2-0 in 21st place with 21 points.

Leaders Scunthorpe United beat Millwall 3-0 to stay three points clear of Sheffield United. Third placed Bolton lost 1-0 at Chesterfield with fourth placed Bradford City drawing 1-1 at Millwall.

Rochdale who won 3-2 at Northampton Town are fifth with Peterborough who won 2-0 at Charlton in sixth place.

Elsewhere, AFC Wimbledon beat Port Vale 4-0, Gillingham beat MK Dons 1-0 and Swindon drew 1-1 with Fleetwood Town.
