City Directors Could Face Criminal Proceedings Over Accounts

According to a letter from Companies House Tim Moss sent to Coventry MP Bob Ainsworth, the Directors of Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd could face criminal proceedings against.

Companies House say in the letter that they have written to the Directors warning them that they may face criminal proceedings if the long over-due accounts are not filed.

The letter also says that the Enforcement Team will co-ordinate further pursuit action against both Coventry City Football Club Limited and Sky Blue Sports And Leisure which has not filed its accounts for 2012.
