Coventry City, according to the Coventry Observer, are denying having accepted a third bid by Rotherham for Jordan Willis.
They have also denied that Willis had failed to agree terms with the Championship club.
City have also denied interest from any teams in Ruben Lameiras and are still in the hunt for a midfielder and striker.
