Coventry City remain without a win in pre-season after conceding a late goal to draw 1-1 at Luton Town.

There were no goals in the first half but three minutes into the second half, James Maddison scored from a couple of foot out after good work from Danny Swanson and new signing Ruben Lameiras.

Maddison and substitute George Thomas, had chances in a game which gave Reece Charles-Cook some good catching practice and saw good outings for Reda Johnson, Danny Swanson, Arron Phillips and Romain Vincelot.

City looked good for the win but four minutes from time, Jack Marriott raced through and fired past Charles-Cook to get a draw.
