Coventry City will not have to start and finish the season at the same ground.
The Football League rules do not provide for a change of ground in mid-season and mean that the last fixture will be played at the ground that the first fixture is played.
However, the League have now said to the Coventry Telegraph's Aiden McCartney "that as long as any decision to return to the Ricoh Arena is agreed by the Football League’s board, the Sky Blues would be able to return to Coventry - even if they kick off their “home” fixtures at Sixfields."
