City Boss To Monitor Petrasso Situation

Coventry City manager Steven Pressley will keep his eye on Michael Petrasso over the summer.

The winger has signed a three year deal with Queens Park Rangers but Pressley would like to take the Canadian, who has probably been the best player City have had on loan this season, next season on loan for possibly the whole season if the West London side were argreeable.

“He’s a player who will get better and better," Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole.

“We’ll certainly monitor the situation over summer because Michael has proved that he can adapt to our methods and be a very effective player.

“But that will all depend on QPR’s pathway for him – whether they think another year out would benefit his progress or whether they want to keep him in the building – and one of the factors in that will be which division they’re playing in next year.”
