Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that he will crack down on any complacency in the squad.

City might be out of the running for the play-offs, being twelve points adrift but the City boss has refused to let this affect things and told the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole: “The motivation has to come from within – every time you play or train you have to take pride in your own performance.

“I stopped a passing session the other day to remind them that when we train it’s not just to keep fit, it’s to improve.

"I want everybody going out there wanting to prove that they’re the best player on the pitch because if you haven’t got that attitude it’s a problem."
