Coventry City manager Mark Robins has been praised for the way he gives his time to individual players.
Speaking to club journalist Keiren Crowley, defender Jordan Clarke said: “If you are doing something wrong, he will tell you. Not in a bad way but firmly and constructively, and that is always good.
“He gives a lot of time on a personal level as well. He has just done a bit of work with me in training on crossing which was good for me.
“He has got a lot of time for each individual in this club and that is great for the players moving forward.”
