Coventry City were beaten in the semi-final of the Legends Cup in Birmingham.
A team of City old boys including City manager Steven Pressley beat Wolves 3-0 in their first game which was played to raise funds for Cure Leukaemia with goals from Dele Adebola and Lee Carsley.
In their second game, the Sky Blues beat Aston Villa 3-1 before taking on Birmingham City in the semi-final. Birmingham led before Dele Adebola equalised to send the game to penalties. Steven Pressley had his spot kick saved by Maik Taylor and when a Birmingham fan scored and a City fan missed, City went out of the competition.
