City Beat West Ham U23's At An Empty Ricoh

Coventry City beat West Ham U23's 4-2  in an EFL Trophy Southern Section Group D game.

In front of a crowd of 2,091, City fell behind to a 33rd minute Antonio Martinez goal but levelled kyst under two minutes later through Jordan Turnbull who scored following a corner.

In the second half, Ruben Lameiras fired City ahead in the 48th minute and Jordan Willis scored following a free kick in the 72nd minute.

Jordan Turnbull headed in from another free kick in the 75th minute.

City had Dion Kelly-Evans sent off in the 88th minute for a second booking and Martinez volleyed home from 15 yards to reduce City's margin of victory to two goals.
