City Announce EGM

Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Limited have finally announced the date of their Extraordinary General Meeting. This EGM which is only open to CCFC Shareholders is in the Legends Suite at the Arena on Thursday June 29th at 7.30pm.

In a letter to Shareholders, Finance Director Mel Brannigan said that accounts were not sent to shareholders before being filed with Companies House as they were only signed off hours before the March 31 2006 deadline and the action taken avoided a fine from Companies House and the Football League.
