City Act On Complaints

Coventry City have received and dealt with 131 complaints made by supporters since July. Twenty were made in July and September with 91 being received in August although fifty three of these were to do with the sale of Gary McSheffrey.

All 131 complaints have been dealt with and included Season Ticket price and processes (8), Car Parking - changing, poor (7), Matchday ticket prices and processes (6), Smoking/Standing/Foul language (5), Quality of kit (5), PSL (4), Wall of Fame - brick not up/poor quality (3), Access (3),

Ticket Office - Couldn't get through (2), Burger van positioning (2), Ran out of merchandise (2), Fan behaviour (2), Founders Club - folding (2), Stewarding (2), Club Shop staff (2), Premium TV - Sky Blue World (2), Club Shop stock/service (2), PA system (2), True Sky Blue - couldn't use discount yet (1), Legends Club - price increase (1), kit - new away kit (1), Yet to hear from Dave McAtamney (1),
