CCFPA Golf Day On Thursday

Only a handful of days now to the annual sporting extravaganza Coventry City Former Players Association Golf Day 2014 tees -off at Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club (SDPGC) on Thursday 5th June 2014.

Subject to last cancellations we expect the following Sky Blue Stalwarts to be present representing more than half a century of CCFC history. In alphabetical order they are:- Claus Bech Jorgensen, Peter Billing, Andy Blair, Ken Brown, Dietmar Bruck, Dave Busst, Willie Carr, Dean Emerson, Ron Farmer, Ian Goodwin, Micky Gynn, Jimmy Holmes, Peter Hormantschuk, Tommy Hutchison, Mick Kearns, Graham Newton, Steve Ogrizovic, Craig Pead, Kirk Stephens, Ian Wallace, Bob Wesson and Peter Wyer.

They will join a hardy band of golf teams representing, amongst others,  BT Promotions; Buildbase; CCFPA; CCLSC; Dean Nelson & Friends; DeMarco Solicitors, Gould Landscapes; Holbrook Motors; Hunter Plastics; Inspire Insurance; Maximum Group, Nottingham Knights, Penman Solicitors; Proco Coatings; Shortland-Horne; Unique Flooring and a team from Gordon Lillie/ Mike Garlick.

Tee Off timesThe tee-times for each team are displayed above. Please arrive at least three quarters of an hour earlier to allow breakfast & registration. Teams are asked to report to the 1st or 10th tee as appropriate 10 minutes prior to your tee off.

All participants will be playing for a number of prizes, the main one being the handsome ‘Buildbase Trophy’.

We may still be able to squeeze another team in if you act immediately. A breakfast batch, three course evening meal with auction and, most of all, 18 exhilarating holes partnered by a Sky Blue stalwart of the past, costs just £240 (for a team of three). All this is great value for an exciting day out for you and your team mates to share with many Sky Blues heroes.
