The company formerly known as Coventry City Football Club Limited has been finally dissolved.
According to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert, the company was dissolved on August 14th with CCFC Holdings in which over three hundred City supporters had shares in at one time, having been dissolved some time ago.
The company could have been dissolved earlier but they had the option to buy back the Higgs share of ACL which the Higgs Charity sold to Wasps Rugby Union club instead.
