CCFC Holdings Ltd AGM

The Annual General Meeting for Ordinary B Shareholders of Coventry City (Holdings) Ltd took place in the Legends Lounge at the Ricoh Arena this lunch-time.

Only 27 shareholders were in attendance and heard Ray Ranson, Joe Elliott and Company Secretary John Tomlinson speak at the meeting which lasted 26 minutes.

Ray Ranson thanked the shareholders for handing over their shares and said that the current board were only custodians of the club and we are making steady progress. SISU are long term investors and we have not deviated from that.

There is a budget for players which will be signed off on April 21st at a Board meeting at which Chris Coleman will attend.

On the subject of the club's shares in the Arena's and Mr Ranson said the club had the option until 2015 to buy the 50% share of the arena but he could not see SISU exercising it in the next six to twelve months. It is in the long term plan. but we have other priorities including strengthening the team.

The accounts which will be signed off on Monday. will show the holding company lost £8.5m. John Tomlinson said that SISU were weathering the financial storm.

It was put into the diary to have another AGM on another match day next season.
