According to a post on a message board from someone claiming to be a mate of Gary Madine's, Carlisle United are "demanding silly money" for the striker.
Madine has made nine substitute appearances plus two reserve games for City and whilst he has yet to impress many of the Sky Blue support, Chris Coleman has seen enough of him in training and has Chairman Ray Ranson in touch with Carlisle United.
The post from the same person who has been trying to change City supporters perspective of the striker, claims that Madine has said that he wants to leave Carlisle but The Cumbrians are trying to negotiate a fee.
