Cardiff City have been given just 2,000 tickets for the game at City on April 30th.

In order to get in, Cardiff supporters will have to purchase a voucher at Ninian Park which will then be exchanged for a match ticket at Corley Services on the M6 before they are allowed to travel to the Arena.

Police Inspector Arthur Barrett from M3 Operations Support said in an email to a Cardiff supporter: "West Midlands Police recently met with South Wales Police and Cardiff City Football Club to discuss the forthcoming fixture. "As you can imagine we are determined to avoid any unpleasantness at the game if humanly possible and a range of options was agreed by all parties to achieve a peaceful and happy game for all supporters.

"All travelling supporters will be asked to call at Corley services on the M6 near Coventry (a venue chosen ,so as not to inconvenience anyone, as far as possible). Once at the service station supporters travelling to the match will be given a voucher, without which they will be unable to enter the ground.

"The philosophy of the West Midlands Police is that football supporters should always be treated firmly but fairly, like anyone else, and it is in everyones interests that we have a happy and peaceful last match of the season.

"At Coventry our first season at the Ricoh Arena has been a steep learning curve and you may be interested to know that we have received compliments from many of the "away" supporters regarding the arrangements made for them."
