The camera being used to record Coventry City and MK Dons supporters parking in Car Park C at the Ricoh Arena, was for vehicle recognition purposes staff have claimed.
When challenged as to why supporters were being monitored, staff claimed that "it was not a camera taking photographs, the camera was for vehicle recognition to check for those who had pre-paid."
