Cain Plays As Mansfield Keep Play-Off Hopes Alive

Former Coventry City youngster Ashley Cain played the whole game for Mansfield Town tonight.

Mansfield beat Bath City 2-0 at Field Mill to keep their slim hopes of a Conference Play-Off Place alive.

Former City keeper Neil Collett was an unused substitute for The Stags.

In the new Women's Super League, Birmingham City Ladies who are now coached by former Sky Blue Barry Powell, beat Bristol Academy 4-0 at Stratford Town FC.

The niece of former City manager Iain Dowie - Natasha scored twice for Everton in a 3-3 draw at Liverpool, whilst on Wednesday night, Arsenal won 1-0 at Chelsea and Doncaster won 1-0 at Lincoln.
