Michael Byng has said that he is waiting for the accounts for the Otium Entertainment Group as part of his take over bid.
Mr Byng has tweeeted that he is waiting for Otium accounts which were received late by Companies House on Friday afternoon and are waiting to be reviewed before being made publically available.
