Coventy City's goalkeeping coach Steve Ogrizovic has said that Lee Burge will be an asset to the Sky Blues.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, Ogrizovic said: “Obviously he had the hiccup against Worcester and looking back that was character building because he had to pick himself up after getting a bit of criticism, and quite rightly, but he showed real strength of character and played the last 15 games of the season.
“And he did very, very well. He looked confident, he was positive, he commanded his area at a time when there was a lot of pressure on him, not only to create something for himself but also because he was playing in a team under pressure with the relegation threat.
“That heaps far more pressure on players because they think that if they make a mistake they could be the person responsible for sending the team down, so he handled that brilliantly and now he’s looking forward to the new season.
“I have high hopes for him. He’s very talented and I think he could be a real asset for this football club.”
