Brighton Offer Whing New Deal

Brighton and Hove Albion have offered Andy Whing a new deal.

The defender was named Brighton's Player Of The Year this term but his contract with the League One club was coming to an end.

Whing joined Brighton after being released by Coventry City two years ago. He scored the last ever goal in a Football League match at Highfield Road on April 30th 2005.

Meanwhile, Gary Borrowdale has returned to Queens Park Rangers after his loan at the Withdean Stadium ended.
