Championship side Brighton And Hove Albion have been casting an eye over Coventry City defender Ryan Haynes.
Covsupport News Service have been informed Barry Lloyd, Brighton's scout has been taking a look at Haynes, who has cemented his place in the City squad this season after coming through City's Academy.
On December 4th, City manager Steven Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner about Haynes: “He’s not ready to go, nowhere near ready to leave.
“He needs to play 100-odd games for this football club before there’s any thought of that.
“And at this moment in time we want to build a team, not sell our best young players. We’re not going through this process of developing players to sell, we’re doing it to help us win things.”
