The fans forum in conjunction with BBC Coventry & Warwickshire will be broadcast live on BBC Coventry & Warwickshire radio and website along with Sky Blue Player from 7pm.
The forum takes place in the Legends Lounge at the Ricoh Arena and only those who have reserved a place with Lara Thorns are able to attend.
