Those who call themselves "The Board" at Coventry City, probably the Otium Entertainment Group, have said that they will support Mark Robins in putting in a robust recruitment structure.
In their programme notes for the defeat to Bradford City, they said: "Mark has one of the best managerial records CCFC have seen in recent years, and the club needs an ambitious forward thinking manager at it's forefront during these challenging times.
"As an upmost priority, the club will support Mark with the implementation of a robus recruutment structure in order to build a successful team on the pitch going forward. Recruitment is the bed rock of any football club and we must get this right once and for all.
"Lastly, we'd like to thank all of the supporters who have purchased their Wembley tickets and hope you all have a fantastic day out in April."
