Blackburn Rovers have sacked their CEO Paul Hunt after a letter he wrote back in December calling for former Coventry City coach Steve Kean to be sacked as manager, was leaked to a website.

The letter from Hunt which was not leaked by him to the Sporting Intelligence website, expressed a personal view that Kean had lost the crowd and the dressing room.

Steve Kean who will lead relegated Blackburn into their final Premier League game at Chelsea on Sunday said at a press conference yesterday that he still has control of the dressing room, and that owners Venky's are "100%" right for the club.

Kean refused to comment on Hunt.
