Former Coventry City forward Leon Best will miss the first leg of the Republic Of Ireland's Play-Off against Estonia.
Best, now at Newcastle United, is expecting to become a father for the first time in the next few days and will miss Friday's game in Estonia.
He had been doubtful due to groin and toe injuries but is expected to be available for the second leg in Dublin on Tuesday November 15th.
