Best has struggled to get into the Newcastle United side since he was sold in January by City for an undisclosed fee and with the striker recovering from an ankle ligament injury, Newcastle boss Chris Hughton wants to give Best some competitive football outside of the Premier League and FA Premier Reserve League.
