Jacob Murphy has described the Coventry City squad as the best group of players he has played with after the Sky Blues finished the season with a 2-0 win at Oldham Athletic.
“It was the perfect end for me to finish with a good performance from myself,” said Murphy to the Coventry Telegraph.
“As a forward people are always looking for how many goals you can get and I’m pleased with ten goals and ten assists which is good considering I had a blip after Christmas.”
“He deserves it, 19 years of age to get 20 goals in unbelievable and I couldn’t be more happy for my best friend.
“It’s topped an amazing loan spell with Coventry City and the best group of players I have ever played with.”
